I rode my upright for about 90 minutes out on the Coyote Creek trail, standing up to pedal most of the way. I had gotten away from doing that and it was nice to know I still have the stamina for it. I passed Andy’s orchard on the way back which is starting to bloom. That is a nice little Oasis. There are developments popping up around it which are a bit too much urban sprawl for my taste, so I hope the owners hang in there.
Heart Rate is a little high for just cruising in the first half, because standing up is more work. In the second half,I did intervals so a higher heart rate is expected.Apricot Trees starting to bloom white at Andy’s Orchard
