On Tuesday my wife and I got our second Covid19 vaccine (Moderna). It went really well, the county had it much better organized this time, we were in an out in 33 minutes, including the 15 they make you sit to make sure you don’t have an adverse reaction. My wife just ended up with a sore arm, same as for the first dose. I had a delayed reaction of “flu-like” symptoms (a bit of muscle aches and chills for a couple of hours, not too severe), on Wednesday. Yesterday was supposed to be an easy day anyway so I just made it a rest day. I did go for a short easy ride for relaxation and to get some fresh air. I feel fine now, so can get back to normal training today.
